Today, Chad is responsible for ensuring WHITTMANHART Interactive is constantly delivering new ideas, breakthrough-thinking and exceptional work for all of our clients.
At WHITTMANHART, he pioneered the development of a new model, Interactive Prediction Modelâ„¢, that provides a quantitative framework for diagnosing website performance challenges/opportunities and predicting a site's ability to increase purchase intent based on a consumer's site experience.
Prior to WHITTMANHART, Chad worked at Young & Rubicam Chicago and New York where his brand building experience crossed multiple categories (and countries) with companies and brands such as United Airlines (international), Monsanto, Equal, Nutrasweet, Rayovac Batteries, S.C. Johnson and Navistar. While working with Rayovac, the team won two Effies for the strategic focus, creativity, and effectiveness of their work for Rayovac Batteries. Over the course of his career, he has helped companies develop communication solutions across a full spectrum of brand challenges: new product/brand development, extensions, restages, name changes, acquisitions to global brand expansion and management.
Under his leadership the agency continues to innovate with the latest community building, mobile and broadband tools driving new business building ideas for iconic brands like Harley-Davidson, Sears, Budweiser, Budweiser Light, Special K and Scion.
Chad received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Purdue University.
