Longtime client Anheuser-Busch was ready to take Budweiser.com to the next level, so WHi conceived a spectacular site that combines motion design with the latest Flash innovations, complete with customized activations for each section.
Users can choose from a list of Bud Channels: Entertainment on Tap, Bud Shop, the music-filled Bud Beats or On the House, an area for downloads. The King of the Road Channel offers the inside scoop on Dale Earnhardt Jr. and the NASCAR #8 Budweiser team plus a WHi-created 3-D model of the car, and the Los Angeles Coliseum was rented to create a stunning visual effect for the Sports and Outdoors channel. In 2007, the site’s excellence was recognized with a Gold Hermes Creative Award, a Silver Davey Award and a Gold MarCom Award.
